  1. Very nice TP1. I really like the typeface,e specially the numbers. It has a rather unique keyboard also (at least compared to an American machine).

    I wonder why no tabulator.

    One thing I really like about mine is the logical lay out for the tab, margin release and back space keys. The keys are all grouped on the left of the keyboard and for me are very instinctive and easy to use. As far as I know Facit is the only company to do this.

    The Carriage lock is also in a good location.

    I had never noticed other TP1s without the paper table.

    I wonder if that was a manufacturing change (to add or delete them) or people took them off.

  4. Probably the typewriter needs a more drastic cleaning in the typebars slots, because if I don't use it, the keys tend to slow down...
    What should I use to eliminate all of the oil from the slots?
